ARCH Legal PC, formerly GrahamHollis APC, was founded on the conviction that workers deserve fierce, unrelenting legal advocates. That principle lives on today in every case we take, every client we serve, and every victory we win.
The name may be new, but the mission is not. ARCH Legal PC is the natural evolution of a powerhouse firm built by Graham S.P. Hollis, one of California’s foremost employment litigators. His vision helped recover more than $300 million for workers statewide and shaped protections that continue to advance employee rights across industries.
From Global Roots to California-Wide Impact
Graham’s legal career is defined by global perspective and local impact. Born in Manchester, England and raised in London, he began his legal journey in Europe before moving to California, where he earned a Master of Comparative Law from the University of San Diego and was admitted to the Bar in 1985.
What followed was a 40-year legacy defined by integrity, excellence, and landmark victories. From co-founding GraceHollis LLP to launching GrahamHollis APC, he pioneered class-action litigation for wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination. His work not only delivered justice to thousands of employees, it also reshaped California law, including two published appellate decisions and a reputation that earned him an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Throughout his career, Graham modeled what it means to be a builder, not just of cases, but of culture. He built a practice grounded not in flash, but in fierce advocacy and meticulous preparation. He championed pro bono work, twice receiving the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Legal Services, and served as President of San Diego Defense Lawyers. His influence continues through the attorneys he’s mentored and the firm culture he helped shape.
