Yuridia Duarte Hinojosa

Yuridia holds the role of paralegal assistant at ARCH Legal PC. Yuridia was born in Mexico and raised in Charlotte, NC. She earned her BS in Political Science and Peace War and Defense, with a minor in Military Science, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining ARCH Legal PC, Yuridia worked as a Paralegal at the Public Defender’s Office in SC, where she assisted in representing defendants in criminal proceedings. She is also an advocate for equitable access to justice and finds fulfillment in helping those with language barriers navigate the legal system. Additionally, she currently serves as an Officer in the Army National Guard.
In her personal time, Yuridia enjoys connecting with friends and family through shared meals and music. She pursues fitness goals through activities like hiking and strength training and enjoys visiting artisanal coffee shops. Yuridia also enjoys spending time with her four pets: Fitch, Jupiter, Panda, and Athena.
