Taylor Gee is an associate attorney at Arch Legal PC where she represents employees in wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters. Her practice includes individual claims as well as class, collective, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Taylor has helped secure numerous settlements on behalf of California workers in cases involving unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, off-the-clock work, and wrongful termination.

Before becoming an attorney, Taylor worked in the fashion and retail industries, where she developed a deep appreciation for workers’ rights and the importance of fair labor practices. These experiences continue to inform her commitment to employee advocacy.

Taylor earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Marist University (formerly Marist College). She began her legal career as a law clerk at ARCH Legal PC and now focuses her practice on enforcing California’s labor and employment laws.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys surfing, painting, true crime podcasts, and spending time with loved ones.
