Rachel Bray

Rachel Bray is the Case Manager and Executive Paralegal at Arch Legal, where she supports the firm’s employment litigation practice through case management, strategic operations, document preparation, and litigation support. With more than 15 years of experience in the legal field and over a decade as a paralegal, Rachel brings extensive knowledge of complex employment and class action litigation in both federal and state courts.

Rachel began her legal career in 2009 and has focused on employment law and class action litigation since 2016. She previously served as a paralegal at Arch Legal from 2016 to 2020 before gaining additional experience at other respected San Diego law firms. She has since returned to Arch Legal in the dual role of Case Manager and Executive Paralegal, where she combines her litigation expertise with a passion for improving workflows, supporting attorneys, and helping cases progress efficiently from intake through resolution.

Rachel graduated at the top of her class from the University of San Diego’s Paralegal Program in 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. In her free time she enjoys reading, working out, and watching her sons play soccer.
