ARCH Legal PC Shareholder Nathan Reese has litigated employment law cases his entire legal career. Exclusively representing employees, he handles complex litigation cases in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, in California and Washington.

Nathan has earned a reputation as a skilled litigator and an experienced trial attorney, having tried complex wage and hour class action and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) cases, as well as business disputes and personal injury claims. He won a favorable jury and bench trial verdict of over $15 million for California workers and has recovered substantial settlements for workers. Holding a strong conviction that attorneys must be willing to go the distance to fully advocate and obtain justice for their clients, Nathan has also argued cases before the California Courts of Appeal.

With the increase in both PAGA claims and class action lawsuits, Nathan emerged as an experienced, leading advocate for workers in these types of cases. He obtained class certifications in California state and federal courts on behalf of California workers and has tried both class and PAGA cases to verdict. He has also reached verdicts in Labor Code, personal injury, and breach of contract trials.

Prior to ARCH Legal PC’s launch, Nathan practiced at its predecessor firm, GrahamHollis. Before then, he worked in a variety of settings, including a plaintiff-focused employment law firm, an insurance defense law firm, and as in-house counsel. Having previously represented both management and employees, Nathan gained invaluable insight into the mindsets and tactics of both parties involved in discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation that he applies to his plaintiff-focused practice.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys traveling, going to concerts, home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends.
