Nicholas Arcamone

Nicholas Arcamone is an employment law attorney and experienced trial lawyer who represents employees in both wage and hour class actions and individual claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other matters arising under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). He combines extensive litigation experience with a practical, strategic approach to effectively advocate on behalf of employees throughout California.

Before joining ARCH Legal, Nick served as a Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice’s Employment Law Section, where he represented state agencies in employment litigation, advised clients on workplace legal issues, and handled matters before state and administrative courts. Nick obtained a favorable verdict in a FEHA case following a 4-week jury trial in 2025.

Nick also brings over a decade of experience in private practice. As a former Senior Attorney with Clark Hill LLP, Nick handled a wide range of complex civil litigation. He was recognized as a San Diego Rising Star from 2017 through 2023 and received the California State Bar’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services for his dedication to serving the community. Nick has been recognized throughout his career for his leadership and commitment to mentoring younger attorneys.

Before entering the legal profession, Nick proudly served as a Captain in the United States Army. During his military service, he led intelligence operations, supervised interrogators, and piloted aerial reconnaissance drones.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys boating, football, and spoiling his two children
